Bad Experience When my dental insurance was up for renewal, before enrolling in a new dental insurance plan, I checked with the dental practice if the dentist would be “in network” for the plans I was considering. They confirmed via email that the dentist is “in network” for the plans. So, I enrolled in one of the plans. When I had dental work done, and the claims were processed, the insurance company has the dentist as “out of network” for the plan I had chosen. I talked to the dental practice about this and they had no good answers. I ended up paying a lot of money from my pocket as opposed to the services being rendered by an “in network” dentist. So, I had to find another practice and move on. I don’t recommend this place.

Dr. Harward and his entire team provide absolutely wonderful care. Our whole family visits this practice, and we are consistently impressed by their professionalism. Dr. Harward truly looks out for his patients' best interests and has incredibly high standards. For example, one time when the crown for my implant didn't perfectly meet his expectations, he immediately reordered a new one to ensure it’s good for me. On top of the clinical excellence, scheduling is seamless, and they are super prompt with text replies and reminders. Highly recommend!

Dr. Harward is the best dentist I have been to. He takes time to explain, answers all pf my questions, and genuinely cares. I recommend him to all of my family and my friends.

My six and nine year old sons visited Millpond Family for the first time this morning, and our experience could not have been better. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful admin staff, and the hygienists and doctor were each interactive with the kids in a way that was kind, clear, and respectful.

I have had only but great experiences at Millpond Family Dental. They are nice, welcoming and super sweet with my two year old. Her first experiences with going to the dentist are already great.
